Movies (2008)

I wanted to keep this page to chronicle the movies that I’ve watched this year with a very simple rating system: 5 stars (Loved it) 4 stars (Liked it a lot) 3 stars (Liked it) 2 stars (Didn’t like it) 1 star (Hated it). Since joining Netflix, I’ve rediscovered the love of laying in bed and relaxing with a movie! Hopefully if you’re looking for something good to watch, you can hop over here and pick something off the list! Let me know if you want more info on any of these!

  1. OOh, I really wanted to see the wind that shakes the barley! Missed it.

  2. Carole, it’s an awesome movie, but incredibly depressing. Definitely a 5 star! Great acting….had to watch it with subtitles though, lol…their Irish accents are so strong! Beautiful landscapes. It’s out on DVD now!

  3. Yay someone else has seen and enjoyed The Namesake! I can’t wait to see Sweeny Todd and Juno, they both look great. I wasn’t masively impressed with Superbad either, Knocked Up was way better.

  4. Rhinoa, The Namesake is definitely one of my favorites of the year so far. I love Indian movies and this one actually brought tears to my eyes, and few movies do that! I try hard to hold them back ;) It was incredible though! You’ll love Juno! Superbad was entertaining but certainly not great….haven’t seen Knocked Up yet, but Megan liked it!
